Chopped fiberglass from YTD Fiber Glass are bulk strands (parallel filaments bonded together) that have been cut to usual lengths from 1/8" to 1/2" (3.2 to 12.7 mm). Chopped fiberglass, when blended with resins, and sometimes other additives, is predominant reinforcement for numerous plastic compounds for compression, transfer and injection molding.
CHOPVANTAGE Chopped Fiberglass provides customers with a global portfolio of chopped fiberglass to achieve maximum performance in a variety of resin systems and fabrication processes.
