 Production process:

(4) the graphitization, polyacrylonitrile fiber from 2500 to 3000 ℃, and 2500 to 2800 ℃, asphalt viscose fiber from 3000 to 3200 ℃.
(5) surface treatment, such as gas phase or liquid phase oxidation, given fiber chemical activity, and to increase the affinity of resin.
(6) sizing processing, to prevent fiber damage, improve the affinity with resin matrix.The section of the fiber with different structure.
